1. Your Relationship with Arabic Translation Australia
Arabic Translation Australia is operated by Language Masters Pty Ltd (ABN 79 612 709 289). Your use of our services and website (referred to collectively as the "Services") is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Arabic Translation Australia. This document explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your agreement with us will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document (the "Terms").
In order to use our Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use our Services if you do not accept the Terms. You can accept the Terms by actually using the Services — in this case, you understand and agree that we will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
2. Exclusion of Warranties
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our warranty or liability for losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law.
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk and that the Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
In particular, we do not represent or warrant to you that:
- Your use of the Services will meet your requirements;
- Your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error;
- Any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
3. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profit, any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss.
4. Refunds Policy
The amount of refund issued, upon request from client, is solely decided by the project manager for each assignment.
A full refund request will only be considered if no translation work has started for a particular assignment.
5. Delivery Policy
Delivery of translation services will be provided by email.
If certified translation is required, we will post the documents to an Australian address using regular postage, unless specified otherwise in email correspondence before payment.
