قائمة means "statement" or "list" and مالية means "financial". The income statement (قائمة الدخل) is also called the profit and loss account (حساب الأرباح والخسائر); the balance sheet is الميزانية العمومية or قائمة المركز المالي ("statement of financial position").
For an individual, "income statement" often means a salary certificate (شهادة راتب) or a bank statement (كشف حساب). Bank statements have an instant online price; company financial statements are quoted by email.
